The ensemble of Leonid Lundström "Lundström Trio" will perform music by Mozart and Schumann. Wolfgang Amadeus Mozart and Robert Schumann are composers belonging to different eras, but they are united by their careful work with form and meaningful intonation. The concert will open with Mozart's Sonata in G major KV 379 - one of six sonatas dedicated to his student Josephine von Aurnhammer. Another piece by Mozart in the program is the Trio in E major, a mature composition with a precise balance between emotionality and structure. The second part of the program is dedicated to Romanticism. Robert Schumann's Piano Trio No. 2 in F major was created during a challenging period of his life, yet the music sounds energetic and bright. This composition allows one to feel how differently a chamber ensemble can unfold - from transparent classical clarity to emotional density. The program will be performed by the "Lundström Trio" ensemble: Maria Voskresenskaya - piano, Leonid Lundström - violin, Vladimir Nor - cello. The concert takes place as part of the XX Festival of Chamber Music "At the House of A. F. Losev" and the project "Musical Living Room of the Losev House."
