An evening of chamber classical music will bring together young performers on one stage. The program includes compositions by Bach, Mozart, Beethoven, Mendelssohn, Rachmaninoff, and Prokofiev. The concert will feature compositions for flute, violin, and piano. Guests will hear works by Johann Sebastian Bach, Wolfgang Amadeus Mozart, Ludwig van Beethoven, Felix Mendelssohn, Sergei Rachmaninoff, Sergei Prokofiev, and other domestic and foreign composers from the 18th to the 20th centuries. The program will be performed by chamber ensembles of the Academic Music College of the Moscow Conservatory. This is the oldest music college in Moscow, founded in 1891 and known as "Merzlyakovka." Its graduates include instrumentalists, singers, conductors, composers, and musicologists. Where to go in Moscow on weekends will be suggested by our website.
