A daytime concert by students of the Moscow Conservatory will unite vocal and instrumental music from three centuries. The project "Music Through Generations" brings together works by domestic and foreign composers from the 18th to the 21st centuries in one program and shows that academic music is not divided into distant past and conditional present: it is perceived as a single large sounding space where different styles, intonations, and ways of feeling time meet. The program will feature vocal and instrumental music performed by students of the Moscow Conservatory. The project is hosted by pianist, organist, and composer Antonina Kadobnova. Where to go in Moscow on the weekend will be suggested by our website.
