A calming atmosphere of an ancient cathedral, unusual sounds of folk instruments, and beautiful melodies of the past await listeners for an engaging introduction to the music of the ancient Celts. Accompanied by a large-scale video projection, the audience will enjoy folk songs and dances of the Irish, Bretons, Welsh, and Galicians. Colorful pieces will be performed using two national Celtic instruments - the bodhrán drum and the harp, as well as female vocals and the cathedral organ, virtuously disguising itself as Celtic wind instruments. The program of the musical evening will be diversified by organ compositions of Hans-André Stamm, infused with folk motifs of the indigenous peoples of Central and Western Europe.
