Ksenia Kuzmenko will perform ancient Slavic chants, Soviet pop music, and original songs accompanied by gusli and other instruments. In honor of Mother Language Day, ethnic singer Ksenia Kuzmenko will perform in the Turgenev Lounge. A key component of her program will be the Russian word, which resonates in ancient folk, Soviet, and contemporary songs. Joining Ksenia will be vocalist Maria Erokhina, drummer Alexandra Vyueva, and bassist Mikhail Kuzmenko. Together, they create a sound that intertwines tradition and modernity.
