This is not just a vocal evening, but a true musical journey through the centuries, featuring arias, romances, songs, and hymns dedicated to the defenders of the Fatherland, heroes, kings, and commanders. At the core of the program are historical artifacts and musical works inspired by events from Ancient Russia, the Time of Troubles, the Crimean War, and the Patriotic War of 1812, as well as the Great Patriotic War. The audience will hear excerpts from the operas "Prince Igor," "Ivan Susanin," legendary songs about Yermak, hymns, patriotic monologues, as well as Russian folk melodies, romances by Tchaikovsky, Glinka, Borodin, and Alyabyev.
