The soundtracks of outstanding Italian film composers have united in a spectacular musical project. Melodies from iconic films will be performed by the Sigma Orchestra and the virtuoso pianist from St. Petersburg, Stanislav Chigadaev. The compositions of Nino Rota, Ennio Morricone, and Henry Mancini are classics of film music. These composers collaborated with the greatest Italian and Hollywood directors, and their melodies have become an integral part of outstanding films. The concert program will feature soundtracks from films such as "The Professional," "Romeo and Juliet," "The Godfather," "Once Upon a Time in America," and many others. This music is so precious that it has long left the screens and is heard on various musical stages: from concert halls to improvised street scenes.
