This is not just a concert - it is an emotional experience, a musical revelation, a meeting with the present and oneself. The concert "Another Space" opens the doors to the modern symphonic world for listeners, where every note is a challenge to usual expectations, and every chord is a reflection of our time. The Russian National Youth Symphony Orchestra, conducted by Fedor Lednev, presents a program in which the past does not sound, but the living present - full of contradictions, passion, and the search for meaning. The central events of the evening will be the world premieres of two works: the Fifth Symphony "Kafka" by Yuri Kasparov and a new composition by Artem Svetlichny. These works are not just music; they are a reaction to modernity, a dialogue with the global cultural context expressed in a powerful symphonic form. The title of Kasparov's symphony refers to the metaphysical world of Franz Kafka, full of anxiety, alienation, and absurdity - and it is precisely such moods that find their reflection in the score. Also in the program will be the work of György Kurtág - Stele, one of the most important compositions in his oeuvre, rich in drama, silence, and powerful emotional tension. Kurtág is one of the last representatives of the great European musical school of the 20th century, and his language is unique: it contains both mourning and prayer, as well as quiet rage. The concert will conclude with the Symphony "The Artist Matiss" by Paul Hindemith, inspired by the work of the German painter Matthias Grünewald. This piece is a hymn to the inner struggle, creativity, and courage of the artist who goes against the tide. The symphony will sound as a manifesto of art capable of changing the world.
