Everything is like in an old postcard: enchanting melodies, magnificent ball performances, an orchestra, and the spirit of a real Viennese ball in Christmas decoration. Just before Christmas, one of the most exquisite events of the season will take place at the Moscow International House of Music - a grand concert featuring the symphony orchestra and the Vienna Ballet of Johann Strauss. The audience will immerse themselves in the enchanting world of sounds, movement, and traditions that have preserved the charm of a true Viennese ball. On stage, the best works of the "Waltz King" will be performed - the famous "Tales from the Vienna Woods," "On the Beautiful Blue Danube," "Thunder and Lightning," "Viennese Blood," "Radetzky March," "On the Hunt," as well as overtures to "Die Fledermaus" and "The Gypsy Baron." These melodies need no introduction - everyone knows them, and a live performance awakens the brightest memories and Christmas spirit. The score will be brought to life by the Symphony Orchestra "New Russia" under the direction of the conductor from Italy - Alessandro D'Agostini. A special touch will be added by the participation of dancers in historical 19th-century costumes - they will present specially choreographed ballroom numbers, accompanying the music with precise, graceful movements.
