Guests can look forward to meetings with authors, discussions, master classes, and, of course, the opportunity to buy bestsellers at publisher prices. Every visitor to "Veranda 'Alpiny'" will be able to find a book to their liking, as literature of various genres will be presented here: fiction, non-fiction, psychology books, and literature for children and teenagers. The main event of the festival will be a meeting with writer Alexey Ivanov, whose work is inextricably linked to the Urals. The meeting will take place at 16:00. In addition, the cultural program of the festival includes events for guests of all ages. UrGAHU teacher Nadezhda Elizarova-Burlakova will conduct a tour dedicated to three centuries of Yekaterinburg architecture. Writers Margarita Ronzhina, Natalia Bakirova, and Daria Zolotova will discuss how the Urals have changed from the 1990s to the present day. Designer Fyodor Kolpakov will talk about how local identity manifests in the architecture of the Ural capital. There will also be a public talk featuring translators "Understanding in Russian: a translator at the border of languages."
