The main thing is the desire! The Vocal Kitchen music studio will prove that singing together is more interesting than communicating on social media: here you will find a friendly atmosphere, be able to relax, hone your skills, and simply enjoy music in the company of like-minded people. Choral singing is a special way of communication, and in the lessons from Vocal Kitchen, you will see this for yourself. The lessons are led by Valeria Maximova, a vocal teacher with 10 years of experience and a director of musical performances. Valeria is the kind of mentor who feels each student, whether they are an experienced artist or a beginner singing for the first time. The main thing in her work is warm, inspiring communication, gentle support, and a creative atmosphere. Regular classes on weekdays take place on Tuesdays from 19:00 to 22:00. Classes are held in small groups in a historic building on the Moika River with excellent acoustics and a view of St. Isaac's Cathedral. Students gather 10-15 minutes before the lesson starts; during this time, they can explore the hall with its balconies and moldings, take photos at the piano, drink tea, and calmly prepare for the lesson. The lesson begins with a light warm-up, then each student takes turns performing a small fragment of any song, and the teacher explains how to improve the sound. After a short break, students choose a song for further work. The group sings the chosen song in unison: first a trial version, then participants receive recommendations on what can be improved and repeat the song several times. The lesson concludes with a final performance recorded - this way, you can hear the result, assess the progress, and later share the recording with friends. If after the trial lesson you want to turn music
