From August 15 to 17, in Saint Petersburg, at the "Morskie Dubki" beach in the village of Lisiy Nos, the 10th International Short Film Festival "Kinoles" will take place. The program includes short films by young directors, as well as a unique program with master classes and meetings with creative people. The anniversary festival gathers film lovers and creative individuals to discuss, watch, and evaluate short films selected for the competition program. Among the 534 submitted applications from Russia and abroad, 10 narrative short films were included in the program. The films cover various genres-from war drama to surreal comedy. In addition to the competition program, festival guests will see a retrospective of winning films from previous years, as well as a non-competitive program that will not be judged but will be available for audience voting. The festival will take place outdoors on the shores of the Gulf of Finland, creating an atmosphere of creative communication and idea exchange. Besides film screenings, creative workshops on directing, acting, cinematography, lighting, and sound will be organized during the festival. Evenings will be filled with live meetings with cinema masters and activities for guests of all ages. The festival is a unique opportunity to see original short films that have not been released widely and to become part of the community of young filmmakers. Inspiring master classes and a vibrant program will help everyone find their place in the world of cinema and art. Entry to the festival area is free.
