Guests of the festival near Sergiev Posad will see the recreated era of Yaroslav the Wise. A Russian fortress will be built here, lectures and tours will be held by professional historians, workshops, quests, and games will take place, and reenactors will show how our ancestors lived and defended their land. An exciting journey into Ancient Russia for the whole family! Next to the ethnopark "Kochevnik", a grand historical festival "Gardarik" will unfold - a whole day of immersion in history for the whole family. The festival is divided into several spaces, including children's interactive areas, a historical fair, a lecture hall, a crafts quarter, and a battlefield. Professional reenactors will share their knowledge with the guests. Here, recreated siege weapons based on historical documents will be tested for the first time, experimental battles between cavalry and infantry will be held, and competitions for archers and warriors will take place in the category "Shield - Sword". They will see how fateful decisions were made according to the "Russian Truth", watch performances of ancient Russian theater, and will be able to try their hand at folk crafts - fabric dyeing, pottery firing, blacksmithing, and more. By the way, everything that visitors create with their own hands, they will be able to take home. For the youngest guests, games and the quest "Search for the Hero's Path" will be prepared under the guidance of a cultural expert. In addition, a lecture hall will operate where historians and local historians will talk about life in Ancient Russia, the creation of the Russian state, and the reign of Yaroslav the Wise.
