The board game will serve as a way to test how you behave in the struggle for resources and in teamwork. Participants will be able to notice their usual strategies, see their strengths and weaknesses, try an unfamiliar role, and discuss observations with a psychologist. Competition and cooperation manifest in many everyday situations - from work and study to friendly disputes and joint projects. Sometimes we easily defend our own, and sometimes we concede even when it is unprofitable. The opposite can also happen: the desire to win hinders us from hearing others. In the board game, these scenarios can be seen not in theory, but right in the process of playing. Participants will be invited to observe how they behave around competitors and partners: how calmly they endure competition, whether they are ready to fight for resources, and whether they know how to defend boundaries and express healthy aggression. In team episodes, it will become noticeable which role a person chooses more often - leader, follower, loner, or a participant willing to adapt for the common result.
