They accompany us in our daily routines, shape relationships, and influence decisions and moods. But how well do we know how to handle them? The board game-training "Emotional Intelligence" offers not lectures and theory, but a lively, interactive format where everything happens here and now. You will enjoy a team game in pairs or groups. Participants receive emotion cards and try to express the guessed feeling through facial expressions, gestures, and body language. Others guess and vote - it's fun, energetic, and educational. Through this format, several skills are developed simultaneously: understanding emotional states, working with one's own reactions, empathy, flexibility, and confidence in communication.
