About

A board game that helps to calmly talk about anxiety, fear, and tension. Anxiety is most quickly reflected in the body: the chest tightens, the shoulders tense, and usual distractions don’t always help. Participants are invited to explore the state of anxiety in the format of a psychological board game. The game is conducted in a small group. Participants sit at the table, roll dice, draw cards, and through game tasks begin to notice how their anxiety is structured. During the game, it is possible to discuss what usually happens in moments of fear or internal tension. The facilitator, Arseniy Mikhailovsky, a clinical psychologist and ACT therapist, will help keep the conversation gentle and practical. In a couple of hours, participants will be able to understand themselves a little better, look at simple techniques for working with anxiety, and see familiar behavioral patterns from the outside. The game does not provide universal recipes but helps to find support within oneself.
