The jubilee readings will bring together those who are close to the poetry of the Silver Age and the legacy of Nikolai Gumilyov - a poet, traveler, and one of the founders of Acmeism. His texts, built on the precision of imagery and clarity of word, will serve as a starting point for a conversation about literature and the era. The program includes a play about Gumilyov and Anna Akhmatova, followed by researchers presenting reports on the life and work of the poet. The meeting will conclude with poetic and musical numbers that refer to the traditions of Acmeism and their modern interpretations.
