The gala concert "Voice of Music" unites the cultural worlds of Russia and China in a unified sound. A vibrant program featuring works by composers from both countries, performed by leading artists and a symphony orchestra, will turn into a grand celebration of music, mutual understanding, and inspiration. At the E.F. Svetlanov Hall of the MMDM, an event reflecting the power of cultural dialogue will take place - the gala concert "Voice of Music". It will continue the international project that started in spring 2025 in Beijing, when artists from Yaroslavl performed in the production of "Eugene Onegin" at the stage of the China National Opera House. Now the project returns to Moscow with a new program. On one stage, leading performers from Russia and China will meet - laureates of prestigious competitions, soloists of the China National Opera House, and Russian vocalists. The program includes both classics by Tchaikovsky, Puccini, Bizet, Lehár, and works by contemporary Chinese composers, including Zheng Qufen, Qing Zhu, Liu Chi, and others. The idea of "cultural exchange" deserves special attention: Chinese singers will perform Russian music, while Russians will perform Chinese. Audiences can expect performances by lyric coloratura soprano Li Jingjing, ethnic soprano Wang Qingshuan, mezzo-soprano Olga Zhigmitova, tenor Li Shuan, baritones Wan Yicin and Alexander Sukhanov. The instrumental part will be provided by violinists Anna Savkina and Du Xuan, as well as pianist Vladimir Vishnevsky. All artists will perform with the support of the Yaroslavl Academic Governor's Symphony Orchestra conducted by Vasily Valitov. The evening will be hosted by Konstantin Korniyenko.
