In Polevskoy, there are stained glass windows that are already forty years old - and now new ones will appear next to them, created specifically for the first local stained glass competition. The city museum is accepting competition stained glass from professionals and amateurs - the works are united by a common area of inspiration: Bazhov's tales, fairy tale plots from other nations, where similar images flash - mountains, snakes, mines, lizards - and personal fantasies of the authors related to the Ural region. These new works will stand alongside those that have adorned the museum's halls for four decades. The competition exhibits are displayed next to them. The works will be evaluated in two ways: by a professional jury and by public voting - each museum visitor will choose three favorite works during the exhibition.
