The summer festival "WAY HOME" will take place on the shores of the Gulf of Finland. Dogs and cats, fully ready to meet their new owners, will gather here, along with workshops, lectures, and raffles. Guests can expect a special St. Petersburg atmosphere and the opportunity to do a good deed! The festive festival will be held in the УКТ hall of the public space "Sevkabel Port". Guests will be greeted by dozens of dogs and cats - shelter residents, all of whom are vaccinated, neutered, and spayed, well-groomed and socialized. Visitors will be able to interact with the animals, learn their stories, and those who are ready to take a serious step can adopt a pet. Volunteers will answer questions from those planning to adopt a new friend: how to prepare, what food to choose, how to build relationships with a furry family member. There will also be lectures from veterinarians and animal psychologists: experts will explain how to help a pet adapt to a new home, understand its behavior, and provide first aid. The whole family can come to the festival. The program will include workshops for children and adults from the "Architecture of Good" workshop. Guests will be able to create souvenirs with the flavor of St. Petersburg: a "dream catcher", a seagull, watercolor smelt, an art object with antique aesthetics in decoupage technique, a wool brooch, retro-style postcards, a lantern, a keychain with raindrops, and more. Everyone interested can help shelters - bring food, medicines, carriers, diapers, and everything needed for animal care.
