A large-scale festival in honor of the 135th anniversary of Mikhail Bulgakov will take place at dozens of venues across the city: in theaters, libraries, museums, cinemas, and more. Guests can expect events of various formats, many of which can be attended by the whole family. The festival, dedicated to the 135th anniversary of Mikhail Bulgakov, brings together over 60 events - from performances and discussions to workshops and interactive programs. More than 40 city institutions are participating in the project, including museums, theaters, libraries, and the "Aurora" cinema. Many events are available for free with prior registration and the "Pushkin Card", and part of the program is adapted for people with disabilities. The Theater Library introduces guests to the stage history of Bulgakov's works in Petersburg through a special exhibition. Here, lectures on the writer's creativity and a collage workshop based on the novel "Master and Margarita" are also held. The Military Medical Museum presents the exhibition "Master and Medicine. Recipe for Immortality" and a theatrical production of the same name. The Bread Museum invites visitors to an interactive tour "Notes on Napkins: How to Eat Properly", while the "Blockade City Book Museum" invites to a reading of "House 13 Elpit-Rabkommuna". Audiences can see "Morphine", "Running", "Theatrical Novel", "Zoyka's Apartment", "Days of the Turbins", and other performances in 11 theaters in Petersburg. One of the festival organizers, the Youth Theater on Fontanka, presents "The Cabal of Saints" and organizes a creative meeting with artists, a quiz, and an exhibition dedicated to the film adaptations of Mikhail Bulgakov's works featuring Leningrad and Petersburg actors. A separate place is given to the online program with video diaries, broadcasts, and youth internet projects.
