In the summer, when St. Petersburg is especially bright and the cultural life of the city reaches its peak, a true celebration of sounds, cultures, and rhythms will unfold in its center. The X anniversary ethnic open-air festival "World Music" will take place in the Grand Courtyard of the Sheremetev Palace - an event that has been uniting peoples, genres, and eras on one stage for ten consecutive years. On this day, every guest will become not just a listener but a participant in a grand musical dialogue with history, traditions, and the spirit of the times. Performers from different corners of Russia and neighboring countries will gather on stage to gift the people of St. Petersburg an unforgettable sonic journey: from Balkan rhythms and Indian ambient to Russian village songs and Portuguese fado. Participants The folk group "Otava Yo" - bright, lively, folk, and always engaging in dance. Their concerts are a live performance where the boundaries between the stage and the hall blur, and ancient melodies gain new breath. "Fathers and Children" by Sergey Starostin - a subtle, thoughtful project where folklore meets jazz and academic school. Along with the maestro, bassist Vladimir Volkov, singer Taisiya Krasnopenkova, and cellist Andrey Berezin will take the stage.
