This season, the Summer Garden of the Russian Museum will host a seasonal program for the whole family - with concerts, excursions, workshops, and an open-air exhibition. On weekends, the garden area will transform into a cultural leisure venue: brass bands and chamber ensembles will perform, family quests will take place, art classes will be held, theatrical performances, and educational lectures will be presented. The program is organized by the staff of the Russian Museum - it includes tours of the Summer Garden, creative workshops, quizzes for children and adults, as well as plein air classes. Throughout the summer, a new open-air exhibition will be held - "The Summer Garden Through the Centuries. Events, People, Customs," dedicated to the history of the oldest garden in Russia. For young visitors, playful activities have been prepared, while adults can learn more about landscape architecture, the history of St. Petersburg, and the artistic design of the garden. Most events take place outdoors, in shady alleys and near historical pavilions, making participation especially enjoyable on summer days.
