The creative cluster "Oktava" in Tula is celebrating its eighth anniversary with a big festival. Musicians, artists, designers, and other creative individuals will gather at the celebration to introduce visitors to the world of creative industries. "Oktava," founded by entrepreneur Mikhail Shelkov, has become a place of attraction for Tula residents interested in creative development and tourists over the past eight years. The festival in honor of the creative cluster's birthday will take place on four floors of the cluster and even in the courtyard. Festival guests will enter the laboratory of future creative industries. The program will feature experts from the creative industries, meetings with Russian writers and publishers, and workshops from the Higher Technical School. Those who want to create something beautiful and unusual can join workshops on 3D modeling and laser cutting, creating unique accessories by hand. Also on the program is a blogger zone with lectures on media and promotion, an interactive zone with video games, and a graffiti installation "Voice of the Streets." DJs, dance groups, and young rap performers will perform in the courtyard and on the terrace. Registration is required to attend the festival.
