On the weekend, parks and squares in the capital will host physical activities for everyone who wants to join an active and healthy lifestyle. In iconic locations of the capital, guests can expect more than 200 training sessions in 20 sports, competitions, master classes, fan meetings with athletes, and spectacular shows. The event is organized by the Department of Sports of the city of Moscow. Participation is free! For two days, residents and guests of the capital will enjoy vibrant workouts, exciting activities, and a sea of positive emotions right on the streets. Events will unfold at 14 venues across the city. In the very center of the capital, you can try your hand at cycling, workout, parkour, jumping, boxing, and navigate an obstacle course. Chess tournaments will take place in Theater Square, a table tennis zone will be set up on Myasnitskaya, and a foosball and hockey zone will be located on Nikolskaya. One of the most spectacular points will be the fountain square of Gorky Park, where FMX riders will perform with a motocross show. Also, on Friday, August 9, at the "Moskvich" stadium, guests will enjoy a separate festive program with tournaments, a graffiti zone, and activities from Media League stars. As part of the festival, training sessions and fan meetings with famous athletes and bloggers will take place in the "Museon" park on August 9 and 10. Among the participants are Anna Shcherbakova, Alexey Yagudin, Mark Kondratyuk, Evgenia Medvedeva, Adelina Sotnikova, Sofia Akatieva, and Yana Egoryan. Prokhor Shalyapin will conduct a training session for "Moscow Longevity" on the terrace of the park, and the blogger and actress Mash Milash will participate in a large-scale cycling training.
