This exciting excursion is dedicated to all lovers of the legendary Leningrad rock and rock and roll. You will learn about the time when the legendary St. Petersburg rock musicians created, how their concerts took place, and how they were remembered by the townspeople. St. Petersburg is rightly considered the cradle of Russian rock. Iconic figures such as Viktor Tsoi were born here, and bands like "Kino", "Auktyon", "Piknik", "Alisa" and many others were formed. Today, almost all of their songs have entered the golden collection of the best Russian rock music, but in the beginning, they had a hard time. On the excursion "Leningrad Rock and Roll", you will learn: who was called a parasite and what punishment awaited them; why KGB officers attended underground rock concerts; how the rebellious spirit of the Leningrad underground was born; where the cult rock places were located; a multitude of stories about the most famous musicians and much more. Contemporaries of this amazing historical period will be able to reminisce about their turbulent youth, while young residents of the city will discover a wealth of interesting facts about life 30 years ago.
