In the "Nikolskiye Ryady" space, doors are open to the world of chocolate mastery at Rubiscookies. Here, a pastry chef dressed as Willy Wonka is in charge. He will reveal the secrets of the beloved treat to young guests: children will learn what cocoa beans look like, where they come from, the difference between dark, milk, and white chocolate, and how sweets are born. They will be able to reinforce their knowledge with a prize quiz. Willy Wonka will offer the kids to try different types of Belgian chocolate, introduce them to signature combinations, and treat them to a hot drink. After that, everyone will be able to create a figure from chocolate "plasticine" and an edible "lucky ticket" with their own hands.
