The keeper of the Printing House Museum will introduce the visitors to the history of Russian printing and conduct an exciting master class on writing ancient letters in the traditional way - with feathers and ink. The tour will take place in the format of a quest. The kids will need to find the lost pages of the chronicle scattered throughout the Printing House. By gathering the pages together, the children will be able to uncover all the secrets of this place. To complete the task, the visitors will need to visit several unusual locations, stop by the Correct Chamber, and even climb the only remaining piece of the Kitai-Gorod wall. During the search, the children will learn what ink was made from in Russia and how paper was produced, what rumors circulated abroad about Russian printing presses, and how the book business developed in the country. Once all the puzzles are solved, the kids will write a letter in ancient letters and seal it with a real wax seal.
