An Orthodox neo-Gothic cathedral, imperial dachas, and the shore of the Gulf of Finland - participants of the tour will stroll along the paths of the ancient park and be transported to the times of the flourishing country residence of the Russian emperors. Alexandria is a calm and secluded place, bordering the luxurious and pompous Lower Park of Peterhof. This palace and park ensemble differs from its neighbor with its cozy atmosphere, silence, and more modest decor. While walking among centuries-old trees and beautiful architectural monuments, participants will immerse themselves in the enchanting spirit of Alexandria and get acquainted with its rich history. Tourists will learn how Empress Alexandra Fyodorovna created the park's exterior, why the imperial dachas survived during the Great Patriotic War, where the Lower Palace of Nicholas II was located, why the Ruined Bridge has its name, and what games future emperors played in their childhood.
