The Museum and Historical Park "Island of Forts" (a branch of the "Central Park "Patriot" of the Ministry of Defense of Russia in Kronstadt) invites you to celebrate Navy Day at a large family festival. Guests can look forward to an adventurous quest on a maritime map, open craft workshops, a spectacular drum show, and a large outdoor concert. From 12:00 to 18:00, a thematic naval quest will unfold in the park. The journey will begin at the starting station "Captain's Pier," where all participants will receive map booklets and be explained the rules of the game. Teams will take on the role of a naval crew: mastering the semaphore alphabet, learning to tie strong knots at the sailor's school, peeking into the navigator's cabin, and discovering all about life on ships. Along the way, there will also be challenges at the stations "Naval Battle," "Supply Depot," and "Maritime Map." At the same time, creative areas for children and adults will open. Professional craftsmen will help create original decorative marine lamps, paint the acrylic panel "Night Lighthouse," and assemble a souvenir "Marine Treasure of Wishes" from natural materials. Craft enthusiasts will be able to weave traditional bracelets or create bracelets in which a secret message will be encoded using Morse code. The musical program on the main stage will last from 15:00 to 19:00. The concert ensemble "Black Berets," the cover band "Surovtseva Project," and vocalists from the St. Petersburg stage, including Olga Chalaya, will perform before the audience. Guests can expect a powerful rhythmic show from the drum ensemble Drum Time, while the dance groups "Gardariki Show" and the show ballet "Antre" will present a dynamic flag show and a traditional sailor's dance. Everyone interested will be able to learn the moves at an interactive choreography masterclass for the famous dance "Yablochko." The festive evening will be hosted by presenter Alexander Sharov.
