On Saturday, July 4, Moscow Sports Day will take place at Luzhniki, featuring popular artists, meetings with famous athletes, and open training sessions. Guests can also look forward to an active program for the whole family - an extreme park, master classes, competitions, and more. The event is organized by the Department of Sports of the City of Moscow. The program starts at 11:00, and guests will find more than twenty zones with various sports. Visitors of all ages will be able to try their hand at different sports and fitness activities. There will be exciting open training sessions in cycling, breakdance, streetball, activities for children, and women's training. One of the most anticipated events will be an autograph session with Matvey Safonov, the goalkeeper of the Russian national team and the French club Paris Saint-Germain. Additionally, guests will have the opportunity to meet and chat with Evgeni Plushenko, Alexei Yagudin, Andrey Arshavin, and play ping-pong with actor Ivan Yankovsky. A special place at the festival will be dedicated to football - there will be areas with master classes and autograph sessions with football players. The most active fans of this sport will be able to participate in a mini-football tournament. A separate area will also be allocated for fans of intellectual games, where they can play checkers, chess, and participate in a Rubik's Cube assembly tournament. Another important direction of the festival will be women's sports: various types of training will take place, from functional to Pilates and yoga. You can feel the adrenaline at its peak in the extreme park, and test your agility and endurance on the obstacle course, going through it together with participants from the TV show "Super Ninja." Additionally, there will be competitions for GTO, tournaments for the whole family, master classes in workout, cycling, step aerobics to drums, and music from DJs. A separate area will be organized for children's sports entertainment. The program will conclude with a concert featuring Zivert, Sevil (Artik&Asti), Yolka, Mari Kraimbreri, and other popular artists. The concert starts at 13:00.
