On Saturday, July 19, the Garden Ring will transform into a large running track, where races of various distances will take place. Festival guests can also look forward to concerts, themed areas, warm-ups from famous athletes, and other activities. The event is organized by the Department of Sports of the city of Moscow with the support of the Running Community. Participants in the race can choose distances of 5, 10, or 15 kilometers. The 15-kilometer race starts at 19:00, the 10-kilometer at 21:30, and the 5-kilometer at 23:30. Registration for participants and the distribution of starter packs began on Thursday and will end on Saturday at 16:00. The route runs along the Garden Ring, allowing participants not only to challenge themselves and set personal records but also to enjoy the center of the evening capital. Winners of the race will receive valuable prizes! The main stage of the festival, where sports and music will unite, will open at 17:00. Professional athletes will conduct warm-ups for the race participants, and there will also be performances by artists. Zventa Sventana will present a new interpretation of folk, the band "Farsh" will perform punk and rock hits, and the Imperialis Orchestra will perform numbers that combine different musical styles-from baroque to rock. There will also be a general dance flash mob. From 18:00 to 23:00, themed areas will operate on the Garden Ring. In the "Communicate" area, there will be meetings of running communities, a brass show from the Brass Band, and DJ performances. In the "Have Fun" area, there will be a fan run in costumes of characters from books, movies, and comics. Here, guests will be able to attend a cheerleading master class, a musical performance, a choir performance, and an improvisation show, as well as participate in a family relay race. The "Learn" area will offer lectures, breathing practices, and a sports quiz. In the "Ignite" zone, artists, ensembles, and dance teams will perform, and there will also be a DJ show.
