A performance based on the fairy tale by Lewis Carroll with music by Vasily Peshkov. The ballet is based on the story "Alice Through the Looking Glass," but the directors did not aim to illustrate the well-known magical tale, which has inspired a vast number of performances and films. The goal of choreographer Konstantin Semyonov and artist Maria Tregubova was to create a stage equivalent of the fairy tale and its meanings, while composer Vasily Peshkov aimed to immerse the audience in the mysterious musical world of the Looking Glass.
