One of the warmest and most magical New Year tales comes to life in music and dance. The Nutcracker ballet, based on Hoffmann's fairy tale, will transport the audience into the atmosphere of Christmas wonder. The action begins in the Stahlbaum house, where children and adults celebrate Christmas. The main guest of the holiday, the magician Drosselmeyer, brings dolls as gifts for the children, and Marie chooses the Nutcracker. At night, the girl goes to check on her new doll friend, but she is attacked by a swarm of bats. The Nutcracker comes to life and fights the Mouse King, while Marie rushes to help him and throws her shoe at the mice. Everything quiets down, and a magical forest appears around Marie, while the Nutcracker transforms into a handsome prince. They dance and then head to the city of Confiturenburg, where the celebration reigns. Then Marie wakes up and discovers that the magical journey, the prince, and the fairyland were just a dream. But does it really matter?
