A walking performance in Moscow created in honor of the 100th anniversary of the Yevgeny Vakhtangov Theatre. This performance has become the most unconventional premiere of the theatre's 100th season. Participants are invited to stroll through the very center of the capital with headphones, listening to lines and dialogues from a bygone era - the one in which Stanislavsky, Nemirovich-Danchenko, Mikhail Chekhov, Yevgeny Vakhtangov himself, and other outstanding figures created. Each line heard in the recording is connected to a specific location in Moscow. Leading theatre artists participated in the recording: Yuri Tsokurov, Irina Kupchenko, Sergey Makovetsky, Maria Aronova, Lyudmila Maksakova, Yulia Rutberg, and more. Konstantin Stanislavsky was voiced by Rimas Tuminas. The promenade starts at the fountain of the Bolshoi Theatre and ends at the Vakhtangov Theatre. Participants are advised to wear comfortable shoes and arrive 15 minutes before the walk begins. The event listings on KudaGo will suggest where to go in Moscow.
