A zine about yourself is a small book where you can gather your voice, memories, and important little things in life. In the meeting, participants will experiment with text, drawing, and collage, turning personal experiences into a story on eight pages and trying a new creative format without judgments and rules, in a warm circle of like-minded people. Sometimes, our own lives seem self-evident, and the most important turns quickly get lost among tasks and lists. The zine format offers a chance to slow down and literally piece together your story from fragments of memory - on thick paper, with marker lines, cutouts, and short phrases. It’s not about a beautiful notebook, but about an honest conversation with yourself that you can hold in your hands. The first meeting of the laboratory is dedicated to recognizing your experience and seeing how it transforms into a small authorial object. Participants will write, draw, collect collages and photographs, and invent a structure of eight pages: from answering the question "who am I" to a fantasy about a world where you are finally understood. No artistic education or design skills are required - curiosity and a desire to try are what matter. The session particularly resonates with those who keep endless notes on their phones, love diaries, blogs, and personal stories, but at the same time doubt whether "it's important enough." The laboratory gently shows that any experience is valuable: growing up, moving, changing jobs, having a difficult conversation, a sudden feeling of freedom. Through exercises with text and images, participants learn to notice their own experiences and describe them in a way that makes it clearer, primarily to themselves. During the meeting, there will be a lot of practice. First, the facilitator will suggest several simple warm-ups that help switch from "critic" mode to exploration mode. Then the group will gradually assemble the zine: define the theme, choose key episodes, select visual accents, and then combine it all into a single publication - with a cover, spreads, and little secrets in the margins. Someone will create a very personal book, someone - a quiet manifesto.
